Mr. Patrick Henry is Entropic's president and chief executive officer. A recognized leader in connected home innovation, Patrick brings more than 25-years of high-tech and executive management experience to Entropic. He is responsible for setting the Company's strategic vision and provides guidance on all key business initiatives to ensure strength in the Company's execution.

Mr. David Lyle

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. David Lyle is Entropic's chief financial officer. With more than 20-years of financial experience across the semiconductor and commercial banking industries, Dave oversees Entropic's financial development and investment operations; guiding the Company's long-term revenue and profitability.

Dr. Mike Farese

SVP Global Engineering

Dr. Mike Farese is Entropic's senior vice president of Global Engineering. In his role, Mike leverages more than 30-years of engineering knowledge to oversee Entropic's technical operations and the development of next-generation connectivity and set-top box system-on-a-chip solutions maintained by the organization's more than 450 engineers.

Mr. Lance Bridges

SVP and General Counsel

Mr. Lance Bridges is Entropic's senior vice president and general counsel. With more than 20-years of experience in general business and corporate law matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions, Lance oversees Entropic's international legal affairs and strategic Intellectual Property organizations.

Mr. Vahid Manian

SVP Global Operations

Mr. Vahid Manian is Entropic's senior vice president of Global Operations. A seasoned semiconductor executive with more than 25-years of proven operations, business and technology experience, Vahid will be responsible for manufacturing operations, product and test engineering, corporate quality and strategic operations outsourcing.

Mr. Al Servati

Vice President, Marketing - Connectivity Products

Mr. Al Servati is Entropic's vice president of Marketing, Connectivity Products. He brings more than 27 years of semiconductor marketing and engineering experience to Entropic, and is responsible for developing and communicating the Company's vision and strategy around its Multimedia over Coax (MoCA®) silicon and software, Direct Broadcast Satellite Outdoor Unit (DBS ODU) technology, Broadband Access solutions, and its Tuner portfolio.

Ms. Chris Fallon

Senior Director of Corporate Communications

A seasoned communications professional, Chris is responsible for directing the Company's integrated global corporate and marketing communications initiatives. Entropic formed this role in 2012, to ensure a consistent global brand and marketing strategy.

Ms. Debra Hart

Senior Director, Investor Relations

Debbie joined Entropic in 2007, and is responsible for leading the Company’s global relationship with Wall Street, as well as directing all aspects of Entropic’s investor relations program spanning from strategy to execution. She acts as a main spokesperson to the financial community, handling all analyst and buyside relationships, actively participating in investment conferences and investment community events.
