Ms. Debbie Hart is Entropic’s senior director of Investor Relations. She joined Entropic in 2007, and is responsible for leading the Company’s global relationship with Wall Street, as well as directing all aspects of Entropic’s investor relations program spanning from strategy to execution. She acts as a main spokesperson to the financial community, handling all analyst and buyside relationships, actively participating in investment conferences and investment community events.
Debbie has over 15 years of dedicated investor relations experience focused on supporting the development of small- and mid-cap companies. She has contributed to a broad spectrum of financing transactions, raising over US$1billion, as well as supporting numerous M&A transactions.
Previously, Debbie led the investor relations department at Applied Micro Circuits (1998-2006) where she developed, implemented and managed a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program. In addition to her corporate experience, Debbie founded a firm which assisted Fund Managers in fundraising efforts through relationships with fund of funds, third party marketers, family offices, and high net-worth individuals.
Debbie has received a number of industry-related accolades for her investor relations work, including recognition by IR Magazine and a Rivel 5.0 Award. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute's (NIRI) and formerly served as a Member-at-Large on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Chapter of NIRI.
Ms. Hart is a registered representative holding Series 7, Series 63 and Series 3 licenses.
